Lion Weathervane
Our Lion Weathervane captures the strength and unmistakable profile of the lion in a striking copper design. The bold silhouette and distinctive mane create a balanced composition that reads clearly when viewed against the sky.
Handcrafted in copper by SkyArt Studio & Gallery, the Lion Weathervane is individually fabricated with careful attention to proportion, detail, balance, and durability. Long associated with strength and courage, the lion is also unusual among the great cats for its highly social nature, living together in groups known as prides.
The weathervane comes with our standard assembly, including two copper balls, brass retainer rings, a brass directional set, and stainless-steel mast.
The finish can be customized in faux bronze, verdigris, or 23-karat gold leaf. Natural copper is also available and will gradually develop its own patina as it is exposed to the elements.
