Church Street Banner Weathervane
The Church Street Banner Weathervane is an early 20th-century silhouette banner reproduction, fabricated in plate copper, waterjet cut, and joined with durable metals for high-quality construction.
This construction process makes our custom weathervanes very high quality and last nearly indefinitely. The Banner is built according to the exact design parameters and aesthetic attributes specified by you when we discuss your order.
The project also involved the restoration of copper corbels, a 10″ copper ball, and a transition element. A two inch diameter stainless mast was engineered for a custom dome installation.
The banner finish is gold leaf.
Weathervanes are known as instruments that point wind direction but they also change visual space, reflect functional art, and can inspire emotion in a physical environment.
We are eager to assist you with your questions on installation, and the proper scale for your custom design. Support is provided to outside staff as needed with diagrams or schematics.
The Church Street Banner Weathervane was fabricated by SkyArt Studio & Gallery.
